Life doesn't have to be like this picture although sometimes it feels this way. Working on the internet to create an income online is such a wonderful experience. Many have asked us can you help us to learn how to build an online business or help us learn how to be an internet marketer or an affiliate marketer?
Well that is what we will to be focusing on, but where to start? -Well for the sake of this exercise we will assume you have just started online and have very little experience in advertising to places such as
Traffic Exchanges and email marketing and so on.
Many have started there online income simply by using
Traffic Exchanges. This is a place that swaps web site views. It works like this, you look at my ad for the allotted time and you receive an advertising credit that will allow someone else to view your web site. You may join as a free member or pay a little money on a monthly basis and receive better advertising privileges.
In most Exchanges free members usually have to view 2 or 3 sites for about 6 to 10 seconds before they receive one credit. Upgraded members can get a one for one viewing
arrangement. You can also advertise the
traffic exchange to other exchanges and find others to join. If they upgrade depending on your level either free or upgraded, you get paid when the person you found pays money to upgrade. On average it is from 10 to 20% for free members and 50% for top level upgraded members.
Our suggestion is to joining about 6 to 8 and upgrade in one. Then use the link which is the website address with you member name or number hidden within it. The link starts with http://. So use you referral link (it is called) to the site you upgraded in and place them the other
Traffic Exchanges you have joined. The idea is to draw new members across to the Exchange you are upgraded in. When one of these referrals upgrade you will receive a commission. Do this long enough and you will slowly start making a nice piece of change from the first site. Then move to the next Exchange upgrade and start again but still referring members to the very first exchange as well as now the second and so on. Eventually you will find you are receiving a passive (meaning doing nothing for it) income.
This allows one to start using some of that money to move
into another field or business niche. However while working within the
traffic Exchange and viewing other Members ads, you will see promotional websites that tell you that you will make instant money and if you don't join you are missing out. Over time this does tend to have a weakening influence on everyone so people start signing up to things and realize the money is not as instant as they thought so move on to the next Promotion. A great way to lose $1000's. As a beginner or the term is a newbie we strongly suggest you ignore all advertising until you are sure which direction you want to move in regarding Business building and income creation.
What We Prefer You To Avoid
After much research it is our opinion that with any form of
online marketing that does not rely on finding paid up
members of down lines to make a business viable is by far
the best choice. People have become scared of the scams
online and even while I'm writing this, there will be those who will be skeptical of this as well and who can blame them. There are MLM Multi Level Marketing ideas but you need to have others who join under you who also want to sell product to everyone at a low dollar commission rate and the money does not start in any worthwhile amounts till you have introduced other paying upgraded members and when you do find one, we have found that most only last a month or so because they can't find a referral who pays to upgrade and there are many who are nervous about talking to others, selling products so only very few people manage to get anywhere with MLM.
It is similar with Matrix's where you are told find 2 then they find two and they find 2 until you have10 levels that by the way equates to any where between 10,000 to 40,000 people who have not just joined but joined and upgraded. I am a member of one where I have over 350 personally members but only 11 have upgraded. It cost me $10 one time to join and I have $18 so far. My paid members have referred 7 paid referrals I am in a 3 by 10 matrix which means I find 3 who find 3 who find 3 down to 10 levels about 46000 paid members are needed for me to earn $72000 aprox. How long will that take me when I have 11 paid out of 350 who joined?? Simply not worth it!
Caution Is Needed
We started by using
Traffic Exchanges to make money, while we learned everything we could about online marketing. We resisted the temptation to chase everything to make money till we knew exactly what we wanted to do and how to do it.
If you believe that then I have a Bridge I would like to sell
you. No I got caught up chasing everything and when I
realized what I was doing I had spent almost $8500. That is
why we are giving you a warning to hold back till you
understand what your doing and be honest with yourself.
Direct And Affiliate Marketing
That's where direct sales of digital products comes in say software and Ebooks even physical products that can be
sold by you to other people who come onto the net with a problem they need solving. Me for instance I have a
muscular disorder guess where you find me searching. Now
you may be able to make your own products or you can join
a company in an area you feel comfortable with and assist
those who need that particular product. That is called
Affiliate Marketing. You have been contracted by a firm to
on sell there products legally and any way you can and for
that depending on the product you can receive
commissions from 10% to 75% without even handling the product movement at all the company does it all you just
find the buyers.
We have found this to be the best form of marketing and that also becomes the cheapest form of marketing online. When Joining anything you have costs if you are a serous marketer. Those who are not never pay for much at all and they are affectionately noted as freebie hunters. Now don't get me wrong I love freebies too but there are certain things that if you take the free option you are placing your campaigns in jeopardy. I know a couple marketers who have spent time building a relationship with members to his list and the free Auto Responder he was using crashed and he lost every members contact details. At least if you were paying for the service you have some recourse but free is free and nothing back.

EMAIL MARKETING
Contrary to popular belief, Email Marketing is far from being dead. In fact just the opposite applies. Emails are one of the greatest ways we can contact and talk with others.
However we need to be sure we only mail those who want to or are expecting to talk with us. Therefore be it through a Safe List which is where people Opt In to receive and send mail to one another or if we have an Opt in List of our own some where or some how we must have some proof that these ones are expecting to be mailed by us through what ever system they have joined. NEVER send mail to just anyone because it is unlawful to do so it is an infringement of the CANN Spam Act.
With that being said we may be a member of one or several safelists so with sending advertising mail to these people who will be expecting it will be a lot different than mailing a personal Opt In list of our own.
The Safe List exists primarily for members to mail each other with there offers and business promotions. The idea is we read theirs and they read ours. However everyone often receives hundreds of other peoples mail and reading everyone becomes too time consuming to do so.
So what is the solution to the number of mails we receive and how can I get my mail read by others. Well, firstly it is recommended to have a second mailing account that is dedicated only to these Safelists. 99% of these give you credits for reading them and take credits from you to have yours read. Some safe lists send out hundreds of mails others only a few. What most do is go through the mail headings and only read the ones that are of interest to them. They then delete the rest.
To avoid having your mail deleted one needs to have a mind catching Headline. For example if a news paper were to use a Headline like this "Loud Noise Heard By Many" or "Bomb Explodes In Hotel" which do you feel will be read first? The Bomb one I would say because it is more News worthy. I mean the loud noise was still the same Bomb but not mind grabbing. So headlines get your mail opened.
What would the point be if people opened and closed your mail immediately. None what so ever. Therefore we need a second leading line to keep peoples attention. Following that I prefer to use a very short to the point mail of about 5 to 6 lines about as wide as you see here and have spaces between each sentence so it doesn't look crowded.
Remember you want people to read your mail so short is sweet. Imagine opening a mail to see it as long as this page! UGH!! Don't Laugh there are some people who do it regularly!
So what's needed in summery? A Top Class Headline Followed by a good Sub Headline in the mail then 5 or 6 lines with the last line calling for an action on the part of the reader. Like.. 'For More Go Here...' then Either use a link or tie your link to a few words like 'Go Here...' that's it why not click on that and have a look at what we Highly Recommend to improve your personal Opt In List Response.
